ON THIS WEEK\u2019S<\/strong> episode of Dinner SOS<\/em>, food director and host Chris Morocco is joined by food editor Shilpa Uskokovic and editorial operations manager Kate Kassin to discuss their ideal Valentine\u2019s Day plans. The question is\u2014should you go out for a celebratory meal or should you stay in and cook something you know you love?<\/p>\n

Chris shares that his ideal Valentine\u2019s Day involves a cheese plate and a bitter, punchy salad (this Radicchio with Honey Honey Vinaigrette and Cotija<\/a> gets extra points for being pink). Kate also has her sights set on cooking at home with a Classic Caesar Salad<\/a>, a really good steak (with a pan sauce<\/a> if she\u2019s feeling fancy), and roasted Japanese sweet potatoes<\/a>. For Shilpa, it\u2019s all about the dessert\u2014well, cake<\/a> to be specific.<\/p>\n

Chris, Shilpa, and Kate then game out how they want to spend Valentine\u2019s Day. They put a bracket full of dining options\u2014divided into Team Dining Out and Team Dining In\u2014head to head to figure out how we should be eating on February 14. There\u2019s dinner and a movie, a prix fixe menu at a buzzy restaurant, regular weeknight cooking, and even heart-shaped pizza.<\/p>\n
